50's Red Tie Neck Jersey Dress by Westover New York cubes 1970’s Mcmorran’s green & multicolor1950s dress by Westover New York. Adorable dress in a silky jersey type fabric. It has black and cranberry dots that blend together to make the dress look red from afar. Black button front closure. Ties at the neckline. Partially lined ot the back part of the skirt. There are thread loops on the side of the waist, but no belt. No size marked. Please go by measurements. Bust 36" Waist 26" Hips 39" Length 42"
