My name is Lisa Graham and I’ve been with Tender Care Learning Centers for over five years. I received my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Penn State University along with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies. I began my journey with Tender Care right out of college and haven’t looked back since. Beginning as a Preschool Teacher, and eventually becoming an Assistant Director and then Director, I’ve had the opportunity to work at a few of our schools and also with many wonderful children and families. Early education has always been my passion, but Tender Care has allowed me to turn that passion into the most fulfilling career I could have ever asked for. I love getting to be a part of such an important and crucial time in children’s lives while also developing my teachers and helping them reach their full potential. When I’m not at my school, I enjoy reading, trying out new recipes, and spending time at home with my two cats and dog.
